Mr. Chavez: We are back in Atlanta now and settling back into our routines
after our annual beach vacation. However, I didn't want any more time to
pass without writing to you to thank you for a positive and successful
family photography session! You and your wife were a great team. We
appreciated your patience and flexibility in dealing with our two family
units, children of various ages, numerous picture requests and the
unexpected that comes with all this. We liked both the more posed pictures
and the more candid shots you captured. We are thrilled with the beautiful
pictures that resulted! Likewise, your professionalism and time in the
office the next day was valuable and appreciated. Your method of showing
the prints - the large television screen, the ordering forms and
notebooks, your patience in showing up prints multiple times, the coloring
materials you had waiting for the kids - was more productive and pleasant
than any other situation I've experienced with a photographer. We look

Mary and I want to thank you and Kris for the wonderful photos that were
made for Jessi's senior pictures. We could not have asked for a better
scenario! These pictures captivated mine and Mary's family with the
quality and the professionalism that was obviously provided by your
establishment. Mary has shown these pictures to her friends at her school

The pictures actually arrived a little before they were promised and and I

Hi Manny, I just received
the photos yesterday and they look wonderful. I have the
family shot and couple shot sitting on my desk at work and I
cannot tell you how happy they make me when I look at them.
I really appreciate all your help. I will likely
order some more photos a little closer to October. I will
let you know. Again, many thanks as I know these photos
will become an heirloom that our family will pass from
generation to generation.
